Make it with mayo as you usually do. Add a little salt and pepper. (*opt)
You can chop the hard boiled egg, or you can whip it smooth.

I found this site, and it is fantastic. It is cooking by numbers. You just click on what you have in the house, and it will give you recipes of what ingredients you have. How cool is that? Let me know . . .

This is so easy and so good. I hope you will give it a try.
Use your favorite cookie mix in a box.
Follow directions, but pour batter into a 13 x 9 rectangle dish.
Bake 15 min. 350*

1: It's very important to make sure that the wok is very hot.
2: Blot the meat/ chicken/ fish dry with paper towels before adding to wok.
